1)   All prices are quoted in US Dollars.

2)   Payments can be made via:

• Bank Transfer – we will send you our Bank account number via email.
• Credit Card – we accept Visa and MasterCard (please use Paypal option and click on Check Out as a Guest at Paypal website).

We guarantee that every transaction you make at www.mymanggis.com is 100% safe. As a fraud-preventive measure, we will send you a confirmation email once your order is confirmed. If you receive an email confirmation for a transaction you didn’t approve, please contact your bank directly to raise this issue and they will then liaise with us on your behalf.

3)   For product cancellation, please email us within 24 hours of order placed and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

4)   There is no minimum order value. Please note delivery charges applies.

5)   Buyers are responsible for import duties and taxes, as well as customs clearance (where applicable).

6)   All products shipped are inspected to our best effort to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality, and in good working order and without defects. With a few exceptions, we therefore have a No Return, No Refund Policy.
